weekly-good4[Note: This is a weekly series. If your company is doing something amazing to help a charitable cause or doing some good in your community, please reach out.] This installment of “The Weekly Good” will touch a few of your important senses. We had the chance to speak with two very special and talented people with huge hearts who also want to make sure that you’re well fed. Meet Maya Baratz and Hunter Walk. The two came up with the idea for “The Startup Chef” together, a cookbook including some of Silicon Valley’s best and brightest, along with their most favorite recipes. All profits from its sales are benefitting No Kid Hungry and Rockaway Plate Lunch Project. That’s pretty awesome. The minimum price is $10, it comes in a variety of formats, but the suggested price is $20. It’s a donation after all, so go ahead and buy a few.?They make great holiday gifts. The pair also needs help and new ideas to bring this project to new verticals, so please reach out to them if you’re a food startup or business folk! ——— Check out past installments of The Weekly Good here and here.
